FAQ
Which package should I choose?
Basic suits a simple FAQ bot on one channel. Most buyers need Standard: two channels, trained on your whole site, with human handover and lead capture. Premium adds CRM integration and analytics. Message me and I will tell you which one actually fits.
Will it make things up or give wrong answers?
No. It answers only from the content you give it. When it does not know, it says so and hands the conversation to you. That handover rule is the most important setting in the whole build, and most bots are sold without it.
What do you need from me to train it?
Your website address, plus any FAQ document, price list or product info you already have. If nothing is written down, send me the ten questions your customers ask most and I will work from those.
Do I need my own OpenAI or Claude API key? Any monthly cost?
Yes, it runs on your key, so you own it and pay no monthly fee to me. Small volumes usually cost a few dollars a month. I estimate your running cost before I build, so nothing surprises you later.
Which channels can the chatbot work on?
Website widget, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, or inside your existing helpdesk. Tell me where your customers already message you and I will put it there.
Can it reply in other languages?
Yes. It replies in whatever language the customer writes in, at no extra cost. Only translating the widget buttons and labels themselves is a paid extra.
Can it capture leads, not just answer questions?
Yes. From Standard upward it collects name, email and anything else you want, sent straight to your CRM or inbox. Most buyers find this pays for the bot faster than the support time it saves.
What if it breaks or answers badly after delivery?
I fix it, and that does not count as a revision. Standard includes 7 days of support after delivery, Premium includes 30 days. You also get the settings documented so you can adjust answers yourself.
