Which control panels do you support?
Paid: cPanel/WHM (requires a valid license — free 15-day trial available for new installs) Free: HestiaCP, CyberPanel, Webmin, CWP (Control Web Panel), VestaCP, and aaPanel Not sure which panel is right for you? Message me before ordering .
Do I need to buy a cPanel license separately?
Yes, cPanel/WHM license is not included. New installs get a free 15-day trial from cPanel directly. Want zero licensing cost? I can set up HestiaCP, CyberPanel, or Webmin instead. Message me to discuss.
What server specs and OS do I need?
Min: 1GB RAM, 20GB disk. Recommended: 2GB RAM, 40GB disk. Fresh VPS preferred. Supported OS: AlmaLinux 8/9, Rocky Linux 8/9, CloudLinux 6-9, Ubuntu 20.04/22.04, Debian (free panels only).
What access do you need to get started?
SSH root access (IP, username, password or SSH key) OR cloud provider console access (DigitalOcean, Vultr, AWS, Hetzner, Contabo etc). Credentials are deleted after delivery. You can change your password once done.
Will my existing websites or data be affected?
Fresh VPS — no risk, nothing exists yet. Existing server — I review everything before making changes and discuss a plan first. Migration of one existing site is included in the Premium package.
Can I migrate from CentOS 7 to AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux?
Yes. CentOS 7 is end-of-life since June 2024. Best paths: CentOS 7 → AlmaLinux 8/9 or Rocky Linux 8/9. Direct upgrade to v9 is not supported — a fresh install with data migration is the safest approach.
How long does the setup take?
Basic: 1–3 hours. Standard: 4–8 hours. Premium: 12–24 hours. Actual delivery is often faster than stated. Need it urgently? Message me before ordering about fast delivery.
What if something goes wrong after delivery?
Revisions included: Basic 1, Standard 2, Premium 3. Premium also gets 7 days post-delivery support. If anything I configured stops working within the revision period, I fix it free of charge.
What is included in the Premium plan?
Everything in Standard plus: advanced security hardening, SSH protection + Fail2Ban, Apache/MySQL/PHP performance tuning, email deliverability setup, up to 3–5 website migrations, and 7 days post-setup support.
