What information do you need to get started?
Admin access to the affected platform (WordPress, email, CRM) plus DNS or cPanel access if email authentication or hosting is involved. I'll confirm what's needed after you describe the issue.
How do you work — do you need to get on a call?
For Basic and Standard packages, I work asynchronously — you provide access, I diagnose and fix, and I deliver a written report. For Premium, we also do a 45-minute live screen-share session via Zoom. All work is done remotely.
What if my problem is more complex than expected?
I'll communicate with you before proceeding if I discover the scope is larger than the package covers. I'll never charge more without your agreement. If additional work is needed, I'll provide a custom offer with clear scope and pricing.
