Not necessarily. If you can export your workflow as JSON, I can often diagnose and fix it offline and send it back. If the issue involves live credentials or external integrations, I'll ask for temporary access only to what's needed, and you're welcome to revoke it right after.
What if the fix requires more than what my package covers?
I'll let you know before doing any extra work — no surprise charges. If the issue is bigger than expected, I'll explain what's involved and you can upgrade the order or add a gig extra.
Can you also improve my workflow while fixing it, not just patch the bug?
Yes, that's included in the Standard and Premium packages as light optimization suggestions. If you want a deeper rebuild or new features added, that's a separate scope happy to quote it once I see the workflow.
