What Airtable plan do I need?
A free plan works for the Basic tier. Automations and Interface Designer require the Team plan ($20/seat/month). I'll always confirm what's needed before we start so there are no surprises
What are "Airtable Scripts" and why do I need them?
Scripts are custom JavaScript code that run inside Airtable to do things automations can't — like bulk-updating records, complex calculations, deduplication, or generating reports. They're included from the Standard tier upward.
Can you migrate data from Asana, Clickup, Excel, Notion, or Google Sheets?
Yes — all tiers include data migration. I clean, reformat, and import your data so it fits the new structure perfectly. Large or messy datasets are handled best under the Premium tier.
Do I need to share access to my Airtable workspace?
Yes, you'll invite me as a collaborator. I work directly in your workspace so everything is in your account from day one. I never retain access after delivery.
What if my project is more complex than the Premium tier covers?
No problem — message me first and I'll put together a custom quote. Complex multi-base systems, ongoing retainers, and team training are all available on request.
