About this Gig
Most contractors run the real numbers in spreadsheets. The estimate lives in Excel, the PO is an email, the change order is a text, and the invoice gets built from memory. Jobs get costed after they close, if at all.
I design and build the system that runs estimate to invoice: cost codes, estimates, contracts, POs, subcontractors, change orders, progress invoicing, AR aging and budget vs actual, synced to QuickBooks Online. I built WorkHoist, a construction ERP, and have delivered 300+ systems builds. US-based, on Zoom.

What system do you set this up in?

What do you need from me?
An hour on Zoom, a look at your current tools or spreadsheets, and one or two active jobs we can trace from estimate to invoice. That is enough to find where the numbers leak.
Do you do takeoffs or estimates?
No. I set up the system that turns your takeoff into an estimate, contract, POs and invoices, with job costs tracked while the job is still open. Your estimator keeps estimating.
What is not included in these packages?
No software is built or configured in any package here. No data migration, integrations, custom reports or user training. These packages produce the plan and the fixed quote. The build starts at $5,000 and is delivered through Fiverr as a custom offer.
