About this gig
Most monday.com integrations are a Zapier zap that breaks the first time a field changes. Deals close in monday, invoices get typed into QuickBooks by hand, and Stripe payments never make it back to the board.
I build the real thing: custom code against the monday.com GraphQL API, QuickBooks Online API and Stripe, with webhooks, error handling and logging. I built WorkHoist, a construction ERP with a full QuickBooks sync, and have delivered 300+ systems builds. US-based, on Zoom.

Why not just use Zapier or Make?
Fine for one-way, low-volume. They break when a field changes, cannot handle QuickBooks line items or Stripe webhooks properly, and you pay per task forever. Custom code is quoted once, handles errors, and runs.
What does a build cost?
Starts at $5,000. Most monday to QuickBooks or Stripe syncs land between $5,000 and $15,000 depending on objects, direction and volume. You get a fixed quote in the Blueprint, delivered through Fiverr as a custom offer, and the Blueprint fee comes off it.
What do you need from me for the call?
Admin access to a monday test board or sandbox, QuickBooks sandbox or read access, and one real example traced end to end: a deal that became an invoice that got paid. Where it is typed by hand today is where the integration goes.
What is not included in these packages?
