Which software do you use, and can you deliver the source file?
I use AutoCAD for precise 2D architectural drafting and ArchiCAD for BIM modeling. The native source file (.DWG for AutoCAD or .PLN for ArchiCAD) is included completely free in the Premium package. For Basic and Standard packages, it can be added as a gig extra.
