How does this service help my business save time?
The goal is to replace repeated copying, consolidation and report preparation with a defined refresh or run process. We first review your current steps. Any time saving depends on your workflow and will only be quantified after an agreed before/after measurement.
How is this different from your VBA and Dashboards gigs?
Choose this gig for a recurring process from input files to report output. Choose VBA for a specific macro or workflow in an existing workbook. Choose Dashboards when visual KPI reporting is the main deliverable. We agree the boundary before ordering.
What files and platforms do you support?
The packages use prepared Excel/CSV inputs and desktop Excel. Power Query and VBA capabilities differ by Excel version and operating system, so compatibility is reviewed first. Google Sheets, APIs, ERP connections and complex external sources need a separate scope.
Can you automate email delivery or scheduled reporting?
Standard packages cover the agreed local Excel reporting workflow. Scheduled emails, unattended runs, cloud storage, APIs and external integrations require a separate quote. My historical portfolio project included distribution features; these are not automatically included in your package.
Will I receive source code and update instructions?
You receive the editable workbook and relevant Power Query/VBA source when used, plus instructions for the agreed refresh or run process. Inputs must keep the agreed structure. New formats, fields or reporting rules may require a separate change.
Do you guarantee a specific number of hours saved?
No fixed saving is promised. We can compare the agreed manual process with the new workflow using the same sample and hardware. Public examples will only state measured results when verified and approved.
What does a revision include?
A revision refines the agreed deliverable against the confirmed requirements. New sources, report types, integrations or business rules expand the scope and need a separate quote. Revision counts and delivery follow the selected package.

Up to 3 Excel/CSV sources, 10 local files per run, 1 workbook, 5 sheets and 25,000 total rows. Up to 3 agreed steps, 1 VBA refresh/export button and 1 report output. Includes validation, editable queries/code and guide. No UserForm or external integration.
What is included in the Premium package?
Up to 5 source formats, 50 local files/run, 1 master workbook, 8 sheets and 50,000 total rows. Up to 7 agreed steps and 3 XLSX/CSV report exports by country/department, with validation, run button, editable code and guide. Scheduling and external distribution need a separate quote.
