Do I need my own GoHighLevel account?
Yes. You need an active GHL sub-account with a phone number and Voice AI enabled. If we use Vapi or Retell, you’ll need an account there too, and I can help you set it up.
Who pays for call minute?
Usage fees for calls, AI minutes and phone numbers are billed to your own GHL, Vapi or Retell account. They are not included in the package price. I’ll give you a rough estimate based on your call volume.
What do you need from me ?
Access to your sub-account, through a user invite, Your services, business hours, and pricing basics, The common questions callers ask, Where calls should be booked or transferred
Can the AI transfer calls to a real person
Yes. Call transfer is included in Premium and can be added to the other packages.
Will it sound robotic?
You’ll hear a recorded test call before you approve the delivery, and the voice, tone and script can be adjusted during revisions.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. I fix any issue with what I built for 7 days after delivery. Ongoing changes can be handled through a new order.
