About this gig

Ready to transform your dark basement or empty attic space into a beautiful, legally compliant living area? Unapproved renovations can lower your property value and cause expensive issues with city inspectors. I specialize in drafting permit-ready interior conversion plans built to pass local building departments smoothly.

Here are the features and benefits of this gig:

  • Complete floor plans showing layout changes and walkout positions
  • Exact mapping of mandatory egress window wells and ceiling heights
  • Professional framing, insulation, and moisture protection detail sheets
  • Clear code annotations tailored for standard municipal submittal packets
  • Native DWG digital assets along with crisp print-ready PDF files

Why you need my professional service:

  • Licensed background ensures your layout calculations respect structural boundaries
  • Ultra-fast turnaround ensures your contractors can begin on schedule
  • Good communication clears up complex room insulation rules
  • Responsive support makes resolving local building department checks effortless
