I believe in the idea that deep down every person already knows what is wrong with them, and they inherently know what they need to do to fix it.
That's why, the main focus of our work together will be on connecting you with your inner wisdom.
We search for your own ways and solutions, develop your own talents, and then push you into that direction with accountability.
I pitch in my knowledge when I feel is right, but for the most part, what we are trying to do is make you into your own life coach.

How does my Coaching Work?
We’ll start your 12-week transformation by defining clear, actionable goals. Weekly, we reflect, refocus, and plan, while daily WhatsApp check-ins keep you on track. My approach combines deep coaching and accountability, customized to fit your needs and ensure meaningful progress.
How will I know if you are the right coach for me?
That’s why the discovery call. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have, and for us to explore together whether we’re a good fit for each other. It’s all about finding the right partnership for your growth.
Will this really work for me?
Honestly, this approach isn’t for everyone. It depends on your willingness to put in the effort. If you’re ready to work hard, we can achieve great results together. However, if you’re not committed, it will be challenging to succeed. Ultimately, our success relies on you and your dedication.
How many sessions are included in each package?
Both packages include unlimited sessions! You can schedule as many sessions as you need. The only focus is on achieving your goals as quickly and effectively as possible.
How will you hold me accountable?
We’ll use a shared Google Spreadsheet to clearly outline your weekly goals and plans. This spreadsheet will guide our daily check-ins via WhatsApp or Telegram, where I’ll provide the support you need to stay on track and make consistent progress toward your objectives.
How long are the weekly impact calls?
Weekly impact calls last up to 60 minutes, depending on our discussion. If there’s less to cover, the call may be shorter; if we have more topics, it can extend to 90 or even 120 minutes. My main focus is on finding improvements, no matter how long it takes.
Is it a phone call, or a video call?
For our Weekly Impact Calls, we’ll connect via Zoom. For the support calls between these weekly sessions, we can either meet on Zoom or WhatsApp - whichever works best for you.
What if I can’t attend a session?
No problem at all! If you need to reschedule a session, we can easily find a new time that works for you. If you have to skip a session entirely, we’ll simply plan to meet at our next scheduled time.
What time zone are you in?
I’m in the UTC+1 time zone. However, I work with clients all over the world, so we will definitely find a time that works for both of us!
