This service supports Microsoft 365 tenant to tenant migrations, from initial scoping to full execution, depending on the selected package.
The goal is to help you plan and perform a safe migration, reducing risks, downtime and unexpected issues.
Depending on the package, the service may include:
- Requirements review and migration advisory
- Migration design and environment preparation
- Pilot migration on a test user
- Full tenant to tenant migration (up to 100 users)
Migration activities are performed in a controlled and structured way, following Microsoft best practices.
Migration tools licenses (e.g. BitTitan, Quest) are NOT included and must be purchased by the client.
This service is ideal if you need experienced guidance for a tenant to tenant migration and want to avoid common mistakes and data loss.

Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please contact me before ordering to confirm scope, number of users and workloads involved. Tenant to tenant migrations vary significantly in complexity.
What is included in the Basic package?
The Basic package includes 1 hour of advisory support to review requirements, current setup, risks and recommended next steps. No migration activities are performed.
What is included in the Standard package?
The Standard package includes migration design, environment preparation and a pilot migration for one test user. It does not include full production migration.
What is included in the Premium package?
The Premium package includes end to end tenant to tenant migration up to 100 users, including execution and post-migration validation.
Are migration tools included?
No. Migration tools licenses (e.g. BitTitan, Quest On Demand Migration) are not included and must be purchased separately by the client.
Is this service limited to 100 users?
Yes. The Premium package covers migrations up to 100 users. For larger environments, a custom order is required.
Will you migrate all workloads automatically?
Only workloads explicitly agreed during scoping are included. The scope will be confirmed before starting the engagement.
Will this impact production users?
Migration activities are planned to minimize impact, but any tenant to tenant migration may involve some user coordination. This will be discussed in advance.
Do you provide rollback or backup?
Rollback strategy and risk considerations are discussed during planning, but backup services are not included by default.
Can you support post-migration issues?
Yes. Post-migration support can be provided as part of the Premium package or via a separate custom order.
