Do you accept manuscripts in English or only in Portuguese?
I accept manuscripts written in Portuguese (from Brazil or Portugal) and also English manuscripts if you want feedback from a native Portuguese speaker's perspective. However, my detailed final report will be written in English so we can communicate perfectly.
What formats do you accept for the manuscript?
I prefer Microsoft Word (.docx) or Google Docs, as they allow me to make inline comments and reactions easily. If you only have a PDF or ePUB file, please contact me before ordering.
Will you fix my grammar and spelling errors?
No, this is a beta reading service, not proofreading or editing. My focus is entirely on your story, character development, pacing, and overall reader experience. If I notice recurring mistakes, I will mention them in the report, but I will not correct the text line by line.
Do you accept other genres not listed in your profile?
Yes, absolutely! The platform only allows me to select a few main genres, but I am open to reading almost anything. Whether it is romance, thriller, fantasy, sci-fi, or non-fiction, please send me a message with a quick summary of your book, and we can discuss it!
