Welcome to my Bioinformatic analysis GIG.

Let me introduce myself so you can better understand my area of interest. I am a bioinformatician with a specialization in Computational Drug Design. I am familiar with different Softwares and programs required to perform the basic bioinformatic analysis related to proteins. I can successfully perform:

• Docking protocols
• QSAR experiments
• Virtual screening
• Pose analysis
• Cluster Analysis
• Molecular Dynamic Simulation
• GRIND and other procedures.

Moreover, I also have expertise in Machine Learning in drug design, implementing the Weka software for the study of supervised and unsupervised learning procedures.
