FAQ
What do you need from me to start the design?
A floor plan WITH measurements (hand-drawn is fine), plus photos of each room from several angles. Furniture can only be placed accurately with real dimensions - without them, the layout will not fit your room.
Which software do you use?
I design and render with Kujiale, a leading professional 3D interior design platform in China with a huge built-in furniture library. You will receive high-resolution renderings, and the design scheme link can be copied to your own Kujiale account (source files extra).
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard covers 3 rooms with 1 rendering each. Premium covers your whole home (up to 5 rooms) with up to 6 renderings, full design concept for every room, a shopping list, and source files.
Can I request changes to furniture, colors, or materials?
Yes! Revisions are for exactly that - tell me what to change and I will update the design and renderings.
Can you design within my budget?
Yes. Tell me your budget when ordering, and I will pick furniture and materials from the library that fit it. The shopping list extra shows you where to buy similar items.
Do you provide construction drawings for contractors?
I provide design renderings and furniture layout suggestions, not technical construction documents. For renovation work, please hire a licensed local contractor.
I don't have a floor plan. Can you still help?
If you only have photos, I can create a concept design, but exact furniture placement requires measurements. For best results, sketch your room on paper with wall lengths - even a rough hand drawing is enough.
I have more than 5 rooms. Can you design my whole house?
Of course! Please message me with your floor plan for a custom offer - I design homes of any size.
