What file format will I receive?
A vertical MP4 plus a 1:1 square version, both ready for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook - no conversion needed. Every order also includes a 4K master. Need a 16:9 horizontal version? That needs newly generated footage and is a paid add-on.
Does the price include a script?
Every package includes a fully custom hook/demo/CTA script written for your product - Basic included, at no extra cost. Tell me what you are advertising and what your call to action should say, and I write the rest.
What counts as a free edit?
Every video comes with unlimited edits for 14 days - wording, timing, colour grade, music. These are edits to the finished video, so they are free. Re-generating a scene or a whole video needs new footage and is a paid add-on.
What is NOT covered by the free edits?
Redoing the footage with a different idea, style or product focus than you described in your order. That needs new material generated, exactly like booking a reshoot with a traditional creator. $35 per scene, or $60 per 15-second unit.
Do you need my physical product?
No - I only need product photos or a link. Nothing gets shipped. Without product photos your product is depicted generically, and appearance-based changes afterwards need a re-generation, which is a paid add-on rather than a free edit.
Can I use this in paid ads (Meta/TikTok)?
Yes. Unlimited, perpetual commercial usage rights are included with every package. You can publish, edit and use your video on any channel, with no time limit and no further payment. The licence does not expire.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
If the video doesn't match the brief you wrote, tell me within 14 days and you choose - I fix it free, or you get a full refund for that video. Cancelling before production starts is no problem. After that, refunds are case-by-case.
Is this disclosed as AI-generated?
Yes - every video carries the official EU circular AI marking, on screen from the first frame to the last. This is required under EU transparency law as of mid-2026, so please don't remove it. Your platform or country may require further disclosure.
Can you feature people, pets, or just the product?
Any of these. Most ads show the product on its own, but I can add AI-generated people for UGC-style delivery, or pets if that suits your brand. Tell me your preference and I'll suggest what fits your product and audience best.
Do you offer bulk orders or ongoing content?
Yes. The Signature Pack is 6 x 15-second videos with a script for each, unlimited edits and one free re-generation within 6 months, delivered in 10 days. Anything outside the standard packages is quoted individually - message me for a Custom Offer.
