Depending on the package, I can also prepare runoff calculations, pipe sizing, inlet schedules, detention or infiltration concepts and erosion-control notes.

This service is suitable for backyards, patios, driveways, additions, ADUs, pools and residential lots requiring drainage documentation for permit review. The final solution depends on local rainfall, soil infiltration, topography and legal discharge options.

A current topographic survey is normally required. Field testing, infiltration testing, flood studies, utility locating, plumbing design inside buildings, professional sealing and permit fees are excluded unless specifically included.
