What do you need from me before starting?
Please share your Shopify store, 3PL or warehouse platform, current fulfillment process, approximate order volume, required automation, and any problems you are currently experiencing. I recommend messaging me before ordering.
Which 3PL and fulfillment platforms can you integrate with Shopify?
I can work with platforms such as ShipBob and other 3PL, warehouse, shipping or fulfillment systems that provide a supported Shopify app, API, webhook or suitable automation connection. Message me with your platform first so I can confirm the best approach.
Can you fix an existing inventory or order synchronization problem?
Yes. I can review existing integrations and troubleshoot issues such as incorrect inventory quantities, missing orders, duplicate orders, SKU mismatches, failed fulfillment updates and tracking synchronization problems.
How long will my integration take?
Simple connections may take a few days, while custom API, webhook or multi-location workflows require more time. Once I review your current systems and desired workflow, I can provide an accurate delivery schedule.
Will I receive source files or workflow exports?
Yes, where applicable. Custom scripts, workflow exports, configuration documentation or related implementation files included in your project will be provided. Third-party software, paid apps and proprietary platform code are excluded.
Will my store information and login details remain confidential?
Yes. Your business information, integration details and credentials will be treated confidentially and used only for the agreed project. Where possible, collaborator accounts or restricted-access credentials should be used instead of sharing primary passwords.
