How fast will my issue actually be resolved?
Simple CSS or layout fixes are typically resolved within 1–3 hours of starting. Plugin conflicts and PHP errors take 2–6 hours depending on complexity. Delivery windows in the package are the maximum — most orders finish sooner.
Do you take a backup before touching my site?
Always. A full backup is taken before any work begins, no exceptions. Your data stays protected regardless of what happens during the fix. If your host doesn't support backups, I'll use a plugin to create one before starting.
What if the same issue comes back after you've fixed it?
It won't — because I fix the root cause, not just the visible symptom. But if the exact same issue reappears within the revision window, I'll resolve it at no additional cost. Just open a message and I'll get back on it immediately.
