PREMIUM TOOLING DESIGN
Full system design scoped to your stack developer requirements or no-code solution, case manager requirements, decision framework, reporting, integration specs, build-vs-buy + TCO. Includes process review and templates. 2 sessions.
I work from either data export or temporary read only access. Whichever suits you best.
FAQ
How do I know which tier is right for me?
Basic is right if your process is roughly working but your team needs better artifacts. Standard is right if the process itself is the problem. Premium is right if you're building or replacing a system. Not sure? Message me.
Are the templates specific to my business or generic?
Specific. I build them around your reason code mix and business model. A SaaS company and a physical goods merchant have very different evidence profiles for the same reason code.
Do you need access to my payment processor portal?
It's optional. I can work from data exports or read only temporary credential - whichever suits you best.
How is this different from the Audit gig?
The audit reviews your performance data - it's diagnostic. This gig builds your operational infrastructure. Many clients do both: audit first, then this gig to fix what the audit identified.
Do you build the tooling or just design it?
Design only at Premium - I produce requirements or no-code specs your team uses to build. The output depends on your stack. Hands-on no-code implementation can be discussed separately.
