I will research and pitch relevant podcasts for guest appearances
About this Gig
Getting booked as a podcast guest starts with finding shows that actually fit you, then pitching each host in a way that's worth replying to. That's the work I do.
I research active shows in your space, check each one for fit, write a personalized pitch for every host, send the outreach, follow up on a set schedule, and coordinate scheduling when a host says yes.
What you get: A vetted target list with a fit note for each show Pitches written for the host and audience, not templates Follow-ups on a clear timeline A shared tracking sheet showing every show pitched, status, and replies
What I don't do: mass emailing, buying placements, or promising bookings. Hosts decide who they invite, so I focus on relevance and professional, respectful outreach.
Best for coaches, consultants, authors, speakers and founders who want podcast visibility but don't have time to run outreach.
How it works: you send your bio, topics and goals; I propose pitch angles for your approval; I research, pitch, follow up and report.
Message me before ordering to check fit, or choose the package that matches how many shows you want to pursue.

FAQ
Do you guarantee bookings or replies?
No. Hosts decide who they invite, and no seller can honestly promise bookings or replies. I control the quality of research, pitches, and follow-up, and I report every result transparently.
How do you choose podcasts?
I look for recent episodes, a track record of interviewing guests, topic overlap with your expertise, and audience fit. Each show gets a short fit note so you can see why it was chosen. Shows that fail these checks are dropped.
Do you write each pitch individually?
Yes, for every pitched show. Each pitch references the host's show and audience and one of your approved angles. I don't use fill-in-the-blank mass templates.
Who sends the outreach?
Standard and Premium: we agree a method at the start. Either I send from your email via delegated access, or I give you ready-to-send pitches. I never access your account without your clear permission.
How many follow-ups do you send?
Standard includes one follow-up per pitched show after 5-7 business days with no reply. Premium includes up to two. I don't send more, to stay respectful of hosts' time.
Can I approve pitches first?
Yes. You approve your pitch angles first, then the first pitch, which sets the tone for the rest. Revisions follow your package.
I've never been a podcast guest. Can you still help?
Yes. I build your pitch around your expertise, story and topics. Links to a site, past talks, or any content help hosts judge fit. I can't promise first-time guests will be accepted.
Do you provide host contact details?
I include contact methods that are publicly available, such as a booking page, contact form or listed email. Some shows route requests through forms or agents. I can't guarantee a direct email for every show.
What reporting do I get?
A shared tracking sheet listing each show, host, contact method, relevance, pitch status, follow-up date, response and booking status. Premium also includes a short summary at the end of the order.
Which topics and niches do you cover?
Business, leadership, coaching, consulting, authorship and personal brand topics. If I can't find enough relevant shows for your niche, I'll say so before you order rather than pad the list.
