About this gig
After working with dozens of coaches and business owners on Skool and Whop communities, I noticed the same pattern, most communities struggle not because the owner lacks expertise, but because the setup, automation, and strategy are incomplete. Courses are unorganized and members get churned.
I'm Tessa, a community manager and course content creator. I help coaches, writers, and online business owners build Skool and Whop communities that are structured for long-term growth, real engagement, and recurring revenue.
Here is my service workflow:
- Skool account setup
- Whop account setup
- Course creation and content organization
- Digital product upload
- CRM and email marketing automation
- Payment integration
- Sales funnels/landing page
- Course SEO optimization
- Social media marketing support
- Automation & workflow integration
- Membership & subscription setup
Whether you're launching your first community or fixing one that isn't converting, I handle the backend so you can focus on coaching and creating. Let's build a community that works while you sleep.
Message me directly to discuss your goals, and I'll recommend with a clear plan.

Excellent experience working with Tessa. She understood the requirements for my Skool community setup and organized the classroom, courses, onboarding flow professionally. Communication was clear throughout, and she was very responsive to the small revisions I requested. I’m very happy with the completed project and would definitely work with her again.
