Do I need a Power BI licence?
Looker Studio is free. Power BI needs a Pro licence to share dashboards with your team; I’ll tell you which fits your setup.
Is my data safe?
I work in your accounts with view-only access wherever possible, and nothing is stored on my side.
Can you fix a dashboard I already have?
Yes. Send me a screenshot and I’ll quote it.
What data sources can you connect?
Almost anything with an API or export capability. Common sources include Shopify, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Airtable, Google Sheets, SQL databases, and custom CRMs. If your platform has an API, I can pull data from it automatically.
How does the automated refresh work?
I build an n8n workflow that pulls fresh data from your sources on a schedule, hourly, daily, or weekly depending on your needs. The dashboard updates automatically in the background. You never have to export a spreadsheet or manually refresh anything again.
What tools do you build the dashboard in?
Power BI, Google Looker Studio, or a custom HTML dashboard depending on your setup and preferences. Power BI is best for Microsoft environments and complex data models. Looker Studio is best for Google-heavy stacks and easy sharing. I will recommend the right one after reviewing your data sources.
Do I need any technical knowledge to use what you build?
No. The dashboard is designed for business owners and team members, not developers. You get a clean interface you can view from any browser or device. Filters and date ranges are built in so you can explore your data without touching any code.
How long does delivery take?
Basic dashboard builds deliver in 3 days. Business builds with automated pipelines take 5 days. Full system builds take 7 days. Once you send your requirements and data access I start immediately and keep you updated throughout.
What if my data is messy or incomplete?
Most data is. Data cleaning and normalisation is included in every build. I handle duplicate records, inconsistent formatting, missing values, and multi-source conflicts before building the dashboard so the output is accurate from day one.
What happens if something breaks after delivery?
Every build is fully tested before delivery. If something breaks due to my build after launch I fix it at no charge. If an API update from one of your data sources causes an issue down the line, message me and I will sort it out.
