1. What counts as one product?
One product means one Shopify product handle. Variants do not count as separate products, but total variant rows are capped separately in each package.
2. Are product images included?
Yes. I can download or use existing authorized images from your files or source links, upload and organize them within the package cap, and clean one main hero image per product.
3. Do you create new listing images?
New lifestyle scenes, infographics, feature callouts, and branded layouts are not included. Choose the `Listing Image Design` extra or request a custom offer.
4. What does hero-image cleanup include?
It uses an existing product photo to improve crop, centering, canvas size, simple background consistency, light, sharpness, and shadow. One approved visual style is used across the batch, and only one hero image per product is cleaned.
5. Can you import from supplier websites?
Yes, when the product pages are public and follow a reasonably consistent structure. Send three sample links first. Multiple suppliers, blocked pages, or inconsistent sources need a custom quote.
6. Do you write product titles and descriptions?
Basic formats the copy you provide. Standard and Premium include title cleanup and description formatting. Full rewriting or SEO copy is available as an extra or custom offer.
7. Will you publish products directly to my store?
Shopify drafts are the default for safety. Direct publishing is available only after the sample and catalog rules are approved in writing. Please use collaborator or staff access, never share your password.
8. Can you handle more than 50 products?
Yes. I handle bulk and recurring catalogs through custom offers priced by product count, variant rows, image records, source quality, and required output.
9. What does one revision include?
A revision covers corrections needed to match the approved brief. For hero images, one revision applies to the shared batch style, not a separate creative direction for every product. New products, sources, catalog rules, or copy direction are a scope change.
10. Will AI-assisted cleanup change the product?
No. The supplied product must remain accurate. I reject or reprocess any edit that changes its color, pattern, logo, label, shape, or visible features. Unsuitable source images are flagged instead of having details invented.
