I will fix an existing Shopify CSV or convert a supplier Excel/CSV file into a clean, import-ready catalog.

1. What counts as one row?
One row means one simple product or one variant/SKU row in the final file. A product with ten variants normally uses ten rows.
2. Can you fix a Shopify CSV upload error?
Yes. Send the file and the exact Shopify error message. Basic covers one existing CSV within the row and column limits.
3. Can you convert a supplier Excel file to Shopify CSV?
Yes. Standard and Premium include field mapping from one consistent supplier file. I confirm the mapping before processing the full batch.
4. Are product images included?
I map and validate image URLs already present in the source. The Hero Image Cleanup extra covers up to five supplied photos. Finding missing images, blocked assets or creating new images requires a custom offer.
5. Will you upload the file to my Shopify store?
Premium includes one draft import. Basic and Standard draft imports are available through a custom offer after file review. Use collaborator or staff access only; never send a password.
6. Do you support Matrixify and metafields?
Premium can include Matrixify formatting and up to ten straightforward metafield columns after sample review. Complex definitions, references or app-specific fields need a custom quote.
7. Can you create missing product information?
Not inside these packages. They clean, map and validate supplied data. Research, scraping, title rewriting and description writing are separate services.
8. What does one revision include?
A revision corrects work that does not match the approved field mapping. New files, products, columns, rules or output formats are a scope change.
9. Can you guarantee Shopify will accept every third-party field?
I validate the file against the agreed Shopify or Matrixify structure and supplied data. Third-party app behavior and inaccessible external assets cannot be guaranteed, but any known risk is reported before delivery.
