About this gig
I will migrate your website, files, databases, and hosting data from your old hosting provider to a new VPS quickly and securely.
I can move websites from Hostinger, GoDaddy, Namecheap, OVH, cPanel, DirectAdmin, and most other hosting platforms. I have completed hundreds of migrations and will make sure your data is transferred properly so your web site works on the new server just like before.
This service includes:

- VPS setup and configuration
- Security and performance optimization
- Set it up on the new VPS
- Minimal downtime during migration
To get started, please provide your old hosting login details or a backup download link, along with login details for the new VPS.
Delivery time depends on the size of your website or backup and the server connection speed. In most cases, I can complete the migration within 2 hours while keeping your site live, so your visitors and customers experience little to no downtime.
Please note: I do not work through remote connection tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.

No, I do not provide the VPS. You will need to purchase the VPS from your preferred provider and share the login details with me.
Will there be downtime?
I always try to keep downtime as low as possible. In most cases, the website can stay live during the migration, but a short downtime may happen during DNS changes or final testing.
Can you migrate eCommerce websites?
Yes, I can migrate eCommerce websites, including WooCommerce and other database-based stores. I will carefully move your files, database, and website data to the new VPS.
Do you migrate email accounts?
Yes, I can migrate email accounts if your old hosting and new server support email migration. Please contact me first if you have many email accounts or large mailboxes.
Can you install SSL?
Yes, I can install and configure SSL on your new VPS, including free SSL where supported.
What access do you need?
I need access to your old hosting account or a full backup download link, plus login details for the new VPS. In some cases, I may also need domain/DNS access to point the website to the new server.
