What do you need from me to start?
I need one of the following: A 3D foot scan (STL / OBJ) Clear measurements and size information An existing insole or orthotic file (optional) The more accurate the input, the better the final design.
Are these designs ready for 3D printing?
Yes. All designs are created as print-ready STL files, optimized for: 3D printing Flexible materials such as TPU Proper wall thickness and smooth transitions
Do you provide medical diagnosis or prescriptions?
No. This is a design and CAD service only. I do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. All designs are created based strictly on the data and requirements you provide.
Can you modify or improve an existing insole design?
Yes. I can: Adjust thickness or shape Improve printability Clean or optimize existing STL files Make small design refinements Please message me before ordering so I can confirm the scope.
Will you help with 3D printing settings or material advice?
I can provide general printing recommendations (orientation, material suitability) as an extra. Actual printer calibration and machine-specific settings are not included by default.
