My server setup for VPS and AWS EC2 is done using nginx webserver (LEMP). This setup will give you better performance than other server setups.

Server Security Extra - I'll enable firewall for your server and intruder protection with fail2ban with this extra.
phpMyAdmin Extra - phpMyAdmin is a GUI for your MySQL database server. You can get it installed on your server with this extra.
