Can I use my current WhatsApp Business app number?
A phone number can be connected to either the WhatsApp Business app OR the WhatsApp Cloud API — not both at the same time. If your number is already active on the app, you must either migrate it or use a new number
Will I still be able to reply manually?
Yes. After setup, you can manage and reply to messages manually using Meta Business Suite Inbox on desktop
What do I need to provide before we start?
You will need: Meta Business Manager access A phone number for API connection Availability to receive OTP during setup Your business name and website Keyword auto-reply content (if applicable)
What is the 24-hour messaging rule?
If a customer messages you, you can reply freely within 24 hours. If you want to message first or reply after 24 hours, WhatsApp requires approved message templates.
How long does Meta approval take?
Display name or template approvals are handled by Meta and may take 1–3 days. This time is not included in delivery time
Can you integrate this with Shopify or other systems?
Yes, advanced integrations such as Shopify order notifications or CRM/database connections are available in higher-tier packages.
