How does it all work?
Using Teamviewer or Google Chrome Remote Desktop I will connect onto your PC remotely and begin optimising your computer as fast as possible to ensure you the least amount of downtime. I will speed up overall responsiveness and your performance in games and applications.
Why is your support unique?
I cater to my 6+ years as an IT Support Specialist managing Hardware and Software of all variations resulting in a lot of optimisation to keep everything running smoothly. I ensure I use an extensive range of tools to squeeze every last bit of performance without causing instability.
How long is the Service?
It is difficult to give a set time frame due to the wide variety in everybody's home computer hardware. The performance at the start of the service varies and I will ensure to bring all devices up to spec and beyond their defaults. It typically ranges from 1-2 hours. :)
Does this service support all types of Games/Apps?
My support and service improves the overall system performance and latency which passes on through to the games and apps being ran. It should work noticeably for a wide range of games. The increase in direct performance will depend on the system and monitor capabilities. Refresh rate etc. :)
How is the 'aftercare' and support?
I of course offer additional support after completing my work at no additional cost. It is not fair to you if an issue I fixed re-appears and needs more attention. Just reach out and we can have a look! :)
Do you perform indepth BIOS overclocking?
I do not enter the BIOS of your system to overclock your physical hardware or RAM timings etc to not cause more stress on your CPU/chipset/Ram so my tweaks will be performed via software. (Intel Overclocking Utility/MSI Afterburner etc) *parts overclocked only if supported from manufacturer.
What differences will I see/feel?
This entirely depends on your system and how is performs at the start of the service. If your system is performing poorly and is high performing, you will see a much larger jump in performance than an older computer squeezing an extra few frames per second. *Results will vary on system hardware/age.
