Which package should I choose?
Executive Deck Refresh is for approved content that mainly needs stronger design. Strategic Presentation adds flow review, light content refinement, visual exploration, and custom information graphics. High-Stakes Pitch Deck includes deeper narrative restructuring and a reusable slide system for a
Do you write the presentation content?
Standard and Premium include refinement of supplied content for clarity, brevity, and slide readability. Premium also includes restructuring that content into a stronger sequence. Writing the full deck from scratch, developing business claims, conducting research, or creating financial projections
What counts as one slide?
One slide is a presentation page with a reasonable amount of supplied content. Dense financial tables, detailed technical diagrams, multiple design states, complex infographics, or several ideas combined on one page may require the complex-slide extra or count as more than one standard slide.
What do you mean by two visual routes?
For Standard and Premium, I’ll design selected key slides in two distinct visual directions. Once you choose the stronger route, I’ll develop that direction across the full presentation. This does not mean two completely designed decks.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is one consolidated round of reasonable changes within the approved structure and visual direction. A new direction, substantially replaced content, additional slides, a different audience version, or a changed brief is scoped separately.
Can you redesign an existing presentation?
Yes. I can work from an existing PowerPoint, Google Slides deck, PDF, or organized draft. The final result will be rebuilt as an editable presentation rather than simply decorated over the existing slides.
Which file formats will I receive?
You’ll receive one editable source format - either PowerPoint or Google Slides - along with a presentation-ready PDF. If you need the finished deck rebuilt in both platforms, that can be added separately.
Can you create charts, diagrams, or infographics?
Yes. Standard and Premium include a limited number of custom visual explanations based on the package scope. You’ll need to supply the underlying information and verify that all figures, claims, and source data are accurate.
Can you handle a larger or more complex presentation?
Absolutely. Larger decks, technical presentations, conference keynotes, animated decks, and projects with several audience versions are handled through custom offers. Send the current materials and a little context, and I’ll recommend the right scope.
Will the deck guarantee funding or a successful pitch?
No designer can guarantee a specific investment, sales, or partnership outcome. My role is to help you present the information with stronger structure, clarity, and visual credibility.
