About this gig
APPLE SHORTCUTS TELEGRAM WHATSAPP NOTIFICATION BOTS IPHONE AUTOMATION WEBHOOK AI
Dear valued buyer, welcome to my gig.
Missed leads, late payment alerts and daily reports mean you keep checking five apps by hand.
I build Apple Shortcuts notification bots that push the right message to Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack or SMS the moment something happens.
Your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or Mac starts a Shortcut by Siri voice, Home Screen button, time, location or webhook, and the bot sends a clean alert to you, your team or your customers.
Telegram bots run fully automatic through the Bot API.
WhatsApp runs through the official Business Cloud API or Twilio, or as a one tap send at zero extra cost.
I add ChatGPT or Claude steps to summarize or reply, log to Google Sheets, Airtable or n8n, and handle JSON parsing, error handling and secure token storage.
Typical builds: lead alerts, booking reminders, order updates and daily summaries.
You receive the working Shortcut, iCloud link, setup video and a written guide.
MESSAGE ME THE ALERT YOU WANT AND I WILL CONFIRM THE BEST ROUTE BEFORE YOU ORDER.

Apple Shortcuts specialist for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac: Siri, ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier, Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Notion, REST API, webhook and JSON automation.
Buyers bring me a broken Shortcut, a task they repeat by hand, or alerts for Telegram or WhatsApp. I find the cause, build or fix the workflow, test it on your iOS version and add a short guide.
With 3 to 5 years of IT and MSP experience in automation and API work, I debug the failing step instead of guessing. Message me the task and error before ordering.

FAQ
Which package do I need?
Message me the alert you want. I will recommend one before you order.
Will WhatsApp send fully automatically?
Through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API or Twilio, yes. A normal WhatsApp account only opens a prefilled message that you tap to send.
Who pays for WhatsApp or Twilio messages?
You do. Those providers charge per conversation or message, and I tell you the likely cost before we start.
Do you build Android bots or full iOS apps?
No. I build Apple Shortcuts workflows for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac only.
Do you need my Apple ID or passwords?
Never. You paste your own bot token or API key, or I use a test bot.
Can it message my customers?
Yes, if they have opted in and you use an approved channel. WhatsApp requires approved message templates for business messages.
Can a Shortcut run in the background?
Some triggers run automatically (time, location, charging) and others need a tap. I tell you Apple’s limits before you order.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Not inside an order. Monthly upkeep is a separate custom offer.
