HOW IT WORKS
1. Upload PDF, scanned PDF, JPG or PNG invoices.
2. AI extracts invoice details and line items into structured data.
3. Validation rules flag arithmetic mismatches, invalid GSTIN formats/checksums and potential duplicates (by package). Uncertain records go to manual review.

What is invoice data extraction?
AI reads each invoice and turns key fields and line items (supplier, date, GSTIN, tax, total) into structured data for Excel or your accounting software, with checks that flag uncertain results.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Basic comes with a step-by-step setup guide. Standard and Premium include deployment and configuration, so I set it up for you.
What if an invoice is read wrongly?
Validation rules flag arithmetic mismatches and uncertain records for manual review. No automated system is perfect, so the review step is there to catch what the checks flag.
Who pays for the AI?
You do, directly to Google, through your own Gemini API key, under Google’s pricing and quotas. A free key is fine for testing. Use a paid key for real business invoices. I’ll guide you through creating it.
Is there a limit on how many invoices I can process?
The package numbers (25, 100, 300) are what I test during setup, not usage limits. The app sets no fixed invoice limit. Actual capacity depends on your hosting resources and Google API quotas.
Which accounting software do you support?
I export in import formats that software such as Tally, Zoho Books or QuickBooks can accept, and Premium includes one direct integration where the software offers a suitable API. Tell me your software before ordering and I’ll confirm it’s possible.
What does GST validation cover?
It checks that GSTINs have a valid format and checksum and that tax and totals add up. It does not look up whether a GSTIN is currently registered.
