Word has the capacity to include preset page designs as a 'Quick Part' to make adding these to your document quick and easy. This is ideal for page layouts that may need to be replicated with new information, such as case studies and staff profiles.

The include visual materials optional extra is for the additional time I take to scout the internet for royalty-free, creative-commons images to use in your template. The licensed photos extra is additional to this, so that I can include pay-for-use commercial images through Shutterstock.

If you request a specific font or provide me with the font files to use, I will of course use these fonts, but you are responsible for ensuring that you have the suitable commercial use licenses for these fonts. Otherwise, I will select a font with creative commons licensing from Google Fonts to use
