FAQ
What do I need to provide before ordering?
You’ll need an active Facebook Business Manager, Ad Account, and Facebook Page. I also recommend having ad creatives (images/videos) ready. I can guide you on what works best if needed.
Is the Facebook advertising budget included in the price?
No, my gig only covers my service fee. Your ad spend is billed directly by Meta through your Ad Account.
Can I see your portfolio or examples of past results?
Yes. I can share selected examples and performance snapshots, where permitted. I always respect client confidentiality.
When will my ads go live after I order?
Once access and inputs are provided, I usually deliver campaign setup within 3 to 5 days depending on your package.
Do you offer ad creative or design services?
I don’t provide creatives. However, I’ll guide you on what kind of images or videos perform best and help refine your copy if needed.
What niches or industries do you not work with?
I follow Meta’s ad policies strictly. I don’t work with real estate home listings, adult content, or any restricted niches. Message me first if you’re unsure.
What if I don’t have a Facebook Page, Business Manager, or Ad Account yet?
That’s okay. I’ll walk you through the setup process step by step if you reach out before ordering.
Can you help if my Ad Account or Business Manager is restricted?
No. I cannot run ads on restricted accounts or use my own account to run ads. Please ensure your account is active and in good standing. Account restrictions can also happen while we are working.
Are there any terms or disclaimers I should know?
By ordering this gig, you agree that I’m responsible only for the services offered. I’m not liable for issues caused by previous account history, platform bugs, or Meta policy enforcement.
