FAQ
Why a 14 day delivery time?
The 14-day delivery time allows for shipment of the product. All orders will be delivered in 2-3 days after I receive the product. *** Due to photos being on location, delivery may need to be extended due to weather.
What happens to the product upon completion of the shoot?
I generally recommend leaving the product with me to avoid having to pay return postage. Also, if you need more photos of the same item in the future, I already have it on hand. *** If you would like the item returned upon completion of the order, please provide a return shipping label in the box.
What if I have more than 1 product I need a video for?
Additional products can be added to the order for a discount. Just look for the add-ons when you place your order. Or send me a message, and I will send you a custom offer.
What Resolution and Frame Rates are available
I can deliver 24, 30, or 60 fps in Full HD or 4K And Full HD in 60 or 120 fps slow motion
Can you add music and info graphics?
Edited videos will have licensed music unless otherwise specified. Info graphics can be added as a gig extra, just let me know.
