I create custom cigar and cocktail pairings using a method driven approach that analyzes the cigars aromatic family and builds a cocktail that elevates it. This is not generic mixology its flavor architecture designed for lounges, events, private tastings, and premium hospitality.
My process begins with your cigar. I assess its intention, profile, and structure: cedar, cocoa, spice, floral, earth, pepper, or sweetness. From there, I translate that profile into a clear flavor direction and craft a cocktail that harmonizes with the cigars weight, texture, and aromatic identity.
You receive a fully developed pairing with a cocktail name, description, flavor notes, and menu ready text. Revisions refine wording, not the pairings direction. If you need multiple pairings or a full cigar bar program, I can create a custom offer.

Do you choose the cigar or do I?
You choose the cigar. I work around the cigar you select using your own channels and sources. You must acquire the cigar yourself; I do not purchase cigars for clients. Although I can help you select your cigars after assessing the palate, timeframe and preferences of the client...for an extra fee.
What information do you need about the cigar?
Blend details, tasting notes, and your personal experience help me build a precise pairing. If time allows, sending a sample is ideal, but not required.
Can you work with any cigar?
Yes. Boutique, classic, mild, medium, or full‑bodied — I can pair any cigar as long as you provide the name and basic profile.
What do I receive with each pairing?
A custom cocktail name, description, flavor notes, and menu‑ready text. Each pairing is crafted using my intention‑first method.
How do revisions work?
Revisions refine wording or tone. They do not include new cigars, new directions, or full concept changes once the pairing direction is approved.
Can you create multiple pairings for one cigar?
Yes. My Standard Package includes three pairing directions for one cigar. My Premium Package covers 4–6 cigars or a full pairing program.
Do you design the visual menu?
No. I provide the cocktail content only. Your designer handles the final visual layout.
Can you pair mocktails with cigars?
Yes. Mocktail pairings follow the same intention‑first method and can be added to any package or custom offer.
Can you help with event or lounge menus?
Absolutely. I can create full pairing programs for lounges, tastings, private events, or brand activations. Custom offers available.
