A bot that guesses is worse than no bot. I build a Telegram support agent trained on your help docs.
WhatsApp is in Standard and Premium, same agent, Meta Cloud API. It answers from the docs and names the article it used. It looks up a ticket when you give an id. A refund or a request for a human gets escalated. It does not invent a policy.

I need a Telegram bot token from BotFather, your help docs, and if you want ticket lookup, a way to read tickets. WhatsApp needs a Cloud API number you already control.

Your help docs already hold the answers. I wire a widget that searches them, streams the reply, and cites the passage. If the docs don't cover it, the bot says so.

What can the bot actually do?
Answer from your help docs and name the article. Look up a ticket by id or email on Standard and up. Escalate refunds, billing fights, or anything it cannot resolve. Refuse when it should not answer.
Will it invent a refund or a policy?
No. A refund request escalates to a human. It logs the case, can ping your admin chat, and tells the customer someone follows up. Guessing is worse than no bot.
What do you need from me to start?
A Telegram bot token from BotFather, your help docs, and if you want ticket lookup, read access to tickets. For WhatsApp: a Meta Cloud API number you control. I do not buy numbers.
What is in each package?
Basic: Telegram, docs Q&A, human escalation. Standard: Telegram and WhatsApp, plus ticket lookup. Premium: both channels, ticket lookup, and one extra tool against your API or DB.
Do you build Discord, Slack, or ManyChat bots?
No. This gig is Telegram, with WhatsApp on Standard and Premium. I do not do WordPress chat widgets or $20 HTML bots.
Do I get the source?
Yes. Next.js webhook, agent loop, and tools land in your repo. You own the code from delivery.
Why is this $80 to $150?
First 5 orders. Then the price goes up. Same work. Custom tools beyond the one in Premium are a paid extra, not a free add-on.
