I will design a responsive, static webpage using HTML and CSS

About this gig
I will design a clean and responsive website using HTML and CSS
Need a clean, professional, and responsive HTML & CSS website?
I'll design a modern (unless you request otherwise) front-end layout for your homepage, About page, Contact Page, etc., built entirely from scratch with clean, readable code.
Whether you need a simple business site, personal portfolio, or landing page, I focus on user-friendly design, easy navigation, and visual appeal.
What I Offer:
- Hand-coded HTML & CSS
- Custom layout based on your content and color preferences
- Revisions until you're happy with your design
- Organized, beginner-friendly code you can build on later
- Detailed comments in one copy of the file so you can know what they do
Optional Extra:
- Add a smooth fade-out scroll effect using JavaScript for an elegant touch.
Please note: I only work on the front-end. No back-end or server-side features (databases, login systems, etc.)
If you're looking for a fast, simple, and professional web design, I'll create a page that looks great and works on any device.
When ordering, pleaser share any ideas, images, text, links, or color themes you'd like me to use. Or you could let me design it my way.

FAQ
What do I need to provide for the website?
You will need to provide the content for the website, such as text, images, logos, and any other details you'd like to include. I'll use this to create a clean, responsive design. If you have any specific ideas about the website's layout, colors, or design, feel free to share them!
What is the difference between front-end and back-end development?
I specialize in front-end design, which means I focus on how the website looks and functions on the user's side. This includes layout, colors, text, and images. I do not handle back-end development, which involves server-side programming, databases, or dynamic features like form submissions.
Can you you integrate forms, payment systems, or other dynamic features?
I only work with static websites using HTML and CSS. This means I can create simple pages, but I cannot integrate dynamic features like forms, payment gateways, or interactive elements that require server-side code (like PHP or Javascript).
How many revisions do I get?
You will receive either 1, 2, or 3 revisions (depending on the tier you chose) to ensure that the website matches your expectations. After I finish the initial design, I will make changes based on your feedback and please make sure to be detailed on the feedback :)
Will I receive the raw files for the website?
Yes, once the project is complete, I will provide you with the raw HTML and CSS files in a ZIP folder. You can use these files to host the website on your server.
How long will it take to complete my website?
Depending on what package you chose, it can take 2, 3, or 5 days! I offer extra fast delivery for each tier.
Can I request more pages or features later?
If you need additional pages or features, please reach out to discuss the details. We can agree on pricing and a timeline for the new requirements. However, my service is focused on 2-page static websites until further notice.
What happens if I need more revisions than the revisions included?
If you need more revisions beyond the revisions included, it will cost an additional 20$ per revision.
Will I receive the raw files immediately?
No, I will first provide you with screenshots or a screen recording of the website to ensure it meets your expectations. Once everything is finalized and you're happy with the design, I will deliver the raw HTML and CSS files in a ZIP folder.
What counts as a revision?
Revisions include any changes to design, layout, or content after the initial delivery. Small tweaks like fixing typos are okay, but larger changes after revision limits may require an additional fee.
