What do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need your current menu (PDF, photo, or text file) and any notes about your seasonal direction—new items, theme, ingredients, or inspirations. If you don’t have ideas yet, that’s completely fine!
Do you design the menu, or only update the content?
This gig focuses on menu content—updating descriptions, pricing, seasonal items, layout guidance, and overall structure. If you need graphic design, I can give recommendations or collaborate with your designer, but I do not create the visual menu file.
Can you create seasonal drink or food ideas from scratch?
Yes! I can create custom seasonal items (coffee drinks, pastries, brunch dishes, cocktails, etc.) based on your concept and audience, and you'll be given the recipes to follow on site. This is included in the Standard and Premium tiers.
How do the consultation minutes work?
Depending on your tier, you'll receive 30–90 minutes of consulting time. This can be done through messages, voice notes, or a call—whichever you prefer. The time can be used for idea development, pricing strategy, or menu review questions.
What if my menu is very large?
No problem. The Premium tier has no item limit, and larger menus can be accommodated through a custom offer if needed.
Can I hire you every season?
Yes! Many cafés work with me quarterly for summer, fall, winter, and spring updates. I’m happy to offer recurring seasonal work and long-term partnerships.
