What service Actually you provide?
Our process is simple, we will first work on your provided requirements after we provide you with a draft then work around your feedback to improve the draft and once the design is finalized by you, we will send you all high DPI files and editable Ai,CDR,PDF,EPS and JPEG source files.
What I will need to provide Details?
You will require to provide the accurate size in inches/centimeters, Company or Product Logo or Brand Logo, all the content (text/images) that you want to incorporate in your packaging box design, any design reference that you like or even some bullet points or on the design will be of great help
How much time does it take to get the initial concept or draft?
We usually provide the first draft before the expected delivery time (usually between 24 - 48 hours).Although you can order express delivery GIG extra to receive your draft within 5-12 hours. Each change request can take up to 1-3 hours. some time can be change this time difference in time-zones.
What if I don't have the Die Lines. What i do?
Don't worry. I still can help. Please provide me just dimensions of the box or label. So I can make the die-lines for you.
How many revisions do I get?
You get ONE Concept and it covers up to Unlimited revisions.
What are your working hours?
We reply/update within 1-30 minutes for any query between 7 am - 1 am (GMT+5.5). We try to respond as fast in our non-working hours.
Do I need to provide all the images or Product 3D image ?
Yes and no. You can provide the images you definitely want to incorporate on your packaging box or label design.
What if I require revisions after the order is completed?
I can understand that sometimes you have to change text or logo. If that is the case, you can message us on Fiverr Inbox and we can do it for free for you. We will charge a minimal fee if you require a change in color or dieline , addition of text or images.
