1. Do you build or implement AI systems?
No — and that's deliberate. I'm independent of any tool or vendor, so my recommendations are based on what your business needs, not what I want to sell you afterwards. I can define requirements your developers or an implementation freelancer can execute directly.
2. We haven't started with AI at all. Is this too advanced for us?
Not at all — pre-adoption is the ideal time for strategy. The Basic readiness session is designed exactly for this: we identify where AI genuinely helps your business first, so you avoid expensive experiments that go nowhere.
3. What do I get in writing?
Basic: a written readiness assessment with prioritised recommendations. Standard adds a full adoption strategy document with use cases, tool recommendations, team plan and 90-day priorities. Premium adds a governance & compliance review and a board-ready presentation deck.
4. Can you help with EU AI Act compliance?

5. Which AI tools do you recommend?
I'm tool-agnostic. Recommendations depend on your use cases, team, budget and risk profile — that's the point of the strategy. I cover the full landscape: LLMs, automation platforms, and sector-specific tools.
6. Can you train our team as well?
