Having trouble with Outlook, Microsoft 365 apps or Windows? I will investigate one agreed issue and explain the outcome in plain English.
This package covers one user or device and one arranged troubleshooting session of up to 60 minutes, plus a written summary. Suitable issues include Outlook setup or sync problems, Microsoft 365 application errors and everyday Windows software problems.
I will check the symptoms, troubleshoot and apply suitable fixes where practical within the session, with your approval before changes. You will receive a summary of checks, changes and recommended next steps.
Please message me before ordering to confirm suitability and arrange a time. Resolution is not guaranteed. Further work is quoted separately and starts only after you agree.
Excludes migrations, hardware repairs, data recovery, incident response, licensing costs, ongoing support and major tenant or network changes. You must own the affected device/account or have permission to request support. Never send passwords or MFA codes.

Is a fix guaranteed?
No. This package covers a defined troubleshooting session and a written outcome. Some issues require action from your provider, additional access or separately agreed work.
How will the session work?
We will agree a suitable support method through Fiverr before starting. If remote access is appropriate, you remain present and approve changes. You enter your own credentials; do not send them to me.
Does this cover my whole business?
It covers one agreed issue affecting one user or device. Wider Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID or infrastructure work needs a separate scope and the responsible administrator’s approval.
What if more than an hour is needed?
I will summarise the findings and propose further work separately. Additional work starts only after you accept the scope and price through Fiverr.
What does the revision cover?
One clarification or correction of the written summary for the original issue. It does not include another session or a different problem.
