Something on your WordPress website has stopped working, or doesn't look right. You don't need to know the technical name for it before getting in touch.
I can help with broken layouts, awkward mobile menus, styling problems, buttons or links that don't work, and issues following plugin or theme updates.
Tell me what happens, what you expected and when you first noticed it. If anything changed just before the problem started, mention that too.
I'll investigate the issue, explain what I find and agree the work before making changes. Once the fix is in place, I'll check the affected feature and the parts of the site connected to it.
Please message me here before ordering so I can confirm whether the problem fits the package. Some faults need investigation before the repair can be priced. If that applies, I'll explain it first.
This Gig covers repairs to an existing WordPress site. Larger development work, WooCommerce-specific problems and speed optimisation need a separately agreed scope.

Yes. This Gig covers general WordPress repairs. WooCommerce-specific issues need a separately agreed scope, especially where payments, orders or connected services are involved. Message me here with the problem first.
Will you need access to my WordPress website?
Usually. I'll explain what access is needed once we've agreed the job. Where possible, use a separate temporary account with only the permissions needed. Please leave passwords and private customer information out of your initial enquiry.
