What do you need from me to get started?
A floor plan, sketch or CAD file (PDF, JPG, DWG), plus a few reference images of the style you like. Dimensions and material preferences (flooring, wall colors, roof type) help me match your vision faster.
Can you work from a hand-drawn sketch or just an idea?
Yes, as long as the main dimensions are clear. If you only have an idea, message me first and I'll tell you what extra details I need.
How many revisions do I get, and what counts as a revision?
Revisions depend on your package (1 for Basic, 3 for Standard, unlimited for Premium). Changes to materials, colors, furniture and lighting count as revisions. Changing the layout or design after modeling has started is a new scope and may need an extra fee.
How long will delivery take?
Basic takes about 3 days, Standard 5 days and Premium 7 days. Larger or more detailed projects may take longer, and I'll confirm before starting. Rush delivery is available as an extra.
Do I get the source files and commercial usage rights?
Source files are included in Premium only. All packages include high-resolution images you can use for marketing, listings, presentations and client approvals.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Message me and we'll fix it together within your revisions. I don't stop until the final render matches what we agreed on.
