How are you going to create a video from my product?
I will use a combination of HQ stock video and animated pictures of your product. However, it is ALWAYS better if you can provide me with video footage of your product. Either from your supplier/wholesaler or footage that you have filmed yourself (e. g. with your mobile phone).
Can I send you my product so you can film it and create video footage for it?
Yes, that is possible, but it takes an extra week of work. For the filming session you will need to plan for an extra budget of 300-700USD, depending on the complexity of the product and the required setting (studio, location, actors, etc.).
