What a Speed Up session covers:
- Startup and background process cleanup
- Junk file, temp, and update cache removal
- Malware and adware scan with removal
- Windows updates and driver check
- Browser cleanup (toolbars, extensions, hijacked search)
- Boot time measured before and after so you can see the difference
How it works:
- Order, then send me a short note on what feels slow.
- We connect by screen share (Quick Assist, AnyDesk, Zoom, or your tool).
- I do the work while you watch, then send a short written summary.
Deep Clean adds disk health, storage cleanup, and a tune up report. Full Tune Up adds backup setup, a security review, a second device, and a week of follow up.
Windows 10 and 11, plus macOS. If it turns out to be failing hardware, I tell you straight and we stop there.

FAQ
Will you need to reinstall Windows or will I lose files?
No reinstall and nothing deleted without asking you first. A speed up is cleanup, not a wipe. If the machine truly needs a fresh install I tell you, and we only do it with a backup in place.
How do you connect to my computer?
Windows Quick Assist is built in and needs no install, or AnyDesk, Zoom, or your own tool. You start the session, you watch everything, and you end it when we are done. I keep no access afterward.
My PC is really old. Will this actually help?
Usually yes, most slowness is software, not age. If it is a failing drive or too little RAM, I tell you within the first 15 minutes and what the cheapest real fix is, so you are not paying me to polish a dying machine.
