WHY THE NUMBERS ARE RIGHT
Figures, tables and charts come straight from your data with no AI involved, so they are correct. AI writes only the commentary, and you can switch it off. Every build ships with a reconciliation check.

FAQ
Can you read scanned PDFs and photographs?
Yes, with an OCR step. Accuracy depends on the scan, so send me your worst page before ordering and I will tell you honestly what to expect. Clean digital PDFs convert near perfectly; a photographed receipt will not.
How do I know the numbers are right?
Every figure comes from your source data, never from AI. I deliver a reconciliation check with the first run so you can see the totals match your original file. AI writes only commentary, and you can turn that off.
What if my file format changes next month?
The scripts absorb the usual drift - renamed columns, an extra sheet, a changed order. For a structural change the script is yours and documented, so any developer can adjust it, or I offer a monthly maintenance option.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. I sign an NDA on request, work on the smallest sample that does the job, and delete my working copies after handover. Everything can run entirely on your own machines if the data must not leave them.
Can it run automatically every month?
Yes, from the Standard package. I set up scheduling so the file is collected, cleaned and the report delivered by email, Slack or to your drive on the date you choose, with nobody having to remember to run it.
