Things I want to get better at drawing: humanoids

I'm a solo artist who has some basic experience with digital art. I can do headshots and fullbodys and I'm good at drawing dragons, fantasy creatures, aliens and and animals- I'm not very good at drawing humans/humanoids or backgrounds but I'm hoping to improve and get better at drawing by trying to challenge myself with commissions. I don't know how much my artwork would be worth so any suggestions on rising or lowering of pricing would be helpful. please be patient the harder or more complex the longer it might take for me to complete the com.
